Stethoscope
Cliff's Aunt Cinthia gave us a stethoscope so we could listen to Cody's heart beat :-). She is so sweet. We love this little boy :-).

It's a boy
Yesterday, 7/31/2013, we found out we are having a boy. His name will be Cody John Bryant. Cliff's middle name is John and we want to keep that name going. It's also a long time family name. Of course my Dads first name is also John as well :-). Many people have asked if he will go by CJ, but we will call him Cody. Now the next step is decorating is room. Let the fun begin!

17 weeks
We are 17 weeks today. I have only felt the baby kick but that was a week ago or two. Can't wait to feel this one kick again. Now to decide on names. We have the baby boy name picked out but just not 100% on the girl name.

10 weeks
10 weeks and only 29 weeks and 6 days to go
This week has actually been one of the best weeks of this pregnancy. I must say that over the course of the ten weeks, week 7 and 8 were the worst but week 9 and 10 have been the best. Yay!!
Worst only because I was taking medicine and was nauseous all the time. Best because I have NOT been neuseous. I can only manage to eat small meals but every once in a while I can eat more than usual. My appetite is still not the best. I am told that the 2nd trimester is when everything starts to be better including gaining a full appetite. We shall see.

Baby Bryant
We are expecting!!! Baby Bryant is due December 28th.
Monday, May 13th, Cliff and I went to the doctor for our first baby appointment. We were able to see our little one's heart beating. Such a beautiful sight to see. Even though I was overjoyed at this occasion I didn't cry. My crying day happened on April 17th, the day our pregnancy test showed a positive sign. Now that was a huge surprise. We just weren't sure if we would get pregnant on our first try using an ovulation kit but it worked!! After feeling the signs and symptoms of pregnancy for sometime, seeing the heart beat was all to real. Cliff's stomach was in knots on our drive home. I think it hit him that we are having a baby after seeing the heart beat. He is going to be such a good Daddy. I can already see little fishing poles (pink or blue), camo outfits, a little football or baseball, boots, a BB gun, and little Nike's. This kid is going to be engulfed with Daddy's love of hunting, my love of Sports and...well the cutest outfits ever because I love to shop!! Ha ha. We are absolutely excited and beside ourselves. Let the fun begin :-).
